NASDA Introduces New Financing Options to Support Youth Projects

The National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship (NASDA) has launched three new financing mechanisms aimed at supporting young entrepreneurs in Algeria. These mechanisms are designed to facilitate the creation and expansion of micro-enterprises and to boost local investment, while also offering tax benefits, training, and guidance.

💼 The New Financing Options:
1. Tripartite Financing:
The entrepreneur contributes between 5% and 15% of the total investment.
NASDA contributes 15% to 25%.
A partner bank provides the remaining 70%.
The contribution percentages vary depending on the targeted group and geographical area.

2. Bipartite Financing:
Funding is shared equally (50/50) between the entrepreneur and NASDA.
No bank loan is required.
This interest-free financing is available for projects not exceeding 10 million Algerian dinars.

3. Self-Financing:
The entrepreneur fully finances the project with 100% personal funds.
NASDA offers non-financial advantages, including:
Tax exemptions,
Business training,
Personalized project support.

📊 Tax Incentives:
Projects benefit from tax exemptions during the start-up and expansion phases:

Property tax exemption on buildings for 3 to 10 years, depending on the project’s location.
Exemption from simplified or standard taxes for a period of 3 to 10 years.
A 2-year extension of tax exemption is possible if the entrepreneur hires at least three full-time employees.
